Samsung SSD PM series will provide the optimum solution for your client PC in terms of performance/ power/ durability. Due to its characteristics as a mobile instrument based on the limited power provided by batteries, Client PC cannot use High RPM HDD using high power. However, SSD provides at least 300% performance corresponding to 25% of the existing 7.2Krpm HDD. That is why you no longer need to endure low performance when you use Client PC; SSD will also lengthen the battery lifetime. SSD, having no mechanical parts, provides better resistance to shock or oscillation than the existing HDD. It will free you from the drive error on your Client PC caused by unexpected collision and/or drops.
As modern society develops, as people look upon data as dollars (i.e., Data = $), misuse or theft of data becomes the subject of conversation. Samsung SSD PM series, using Full Disk Encryption, prevents your data from being used maliciously when your data is lost or stolen. In addition, as Samsung Client PC class SSD supports up to 32 Depth of Native Command Queue (NCQ), efficient data management can be provided internally within SSD.
Samsung Client PC class SSD, using the download tool, supports better optimized SSD use. Samsung SSD provides various solutions in order to make your SSD more efficient by supporting the TRIM command under Window 7 OS.
The reliability of Samsung SSD can be confirmed when we take a look at how many OEMs have adopted Samsung SSD. Currently, Samsungs SSD market share ranks first in the world as most major PC OEMs including HP/Dell/Sony prefer Samsung SSD above all other SSDs.
