AD14060: 480-MFLOP、四核DSP,5 V、CQFP封装
AD14060/AD14060L四核SHARC是该系列首款高性能DSP多处理器模块。该多处理器的核心是ADSP-21060 DSP微电脑。在同类器件中,AD14060/AD14060L模块提供最高的性能密度比和最低的成本性能比,非常适合要求在单位面积上实现更高性能和/或功能水平的应用。

- 480 MFLOPS峰值性能,320 MFLOPS持续性能
- 25 ns指令速率,各处理器均采用单周期指令执行方式
- 16 Mb共享SRAM(SHARC内置)
- 4千兆字的可寻址模块外存储器
- 12个40 MB/s链路端口(每个SHARC 3个)
- 4个40 Mb/s独立串行端口(每个SHARC一个)
- 一个40 Mb/s共用串行端口
- 工作电压:5 V和3.3 V
- 32位单精度40位扩展精度IEEE浮点数据格式,或32位定点数据格式
- IEEE JTAG标准1149.1测试访问端口和片内仿真
