ACS双向三端晶闸管

ACS Triac 或 ACST,可用作双向开关三极管(Triac),且提高了电压瞬变箍制和吸收能力。 这种器件和系统可成功地吸收负载交换以及电源线路产生的瞬变电压,如IEC 61000-4-5所述。 ACST 箍制和过压保护功能可保证系统和 ACST 安全的瞬间动作。 从而简化电路,不需要 MOV 或缓冲器电路。 这些器件关断电压达 800 V,可选择标准和逻辑电平门控。 器件采用 Fullpack、IPAK、DPAK、D²PAK 或 I²PAK 封装。

ACS逻辑电平门

ACS are static-switch semiconductors for alternating current. They are simple-to-drive, sensitive-gate devices with highly inductive load switch-off capability. They are targeted at appliance actuators, such as water valves and drain pumps. Their logic-level gate characteristics allow direct input from the microcontroller. The high immunity of the device reduces the need for MOVs and snubbers in the circuit. These devices have a 600 V blocking capability with further clamping and crowbar features for large overvoltage transients. They are available in SO-8, SO-20, SOT-223 or TO-92 packages.
